General Terms and Conditions for Using the Services of

These TERMS govern the relationship between "RECOM" Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as thevintagecottage-shop.com) and the users of the electronic (Internet) pages and services located on the domain thevintagecottage-shop.com and its subdomains (referred to as the Site), as well as the relationships with these users when using the information and commercial services offered by "RECOM" Ltd. (referred to as the Services).

If the use of this Site or materials from it results in damages that require repair or correction of equipment or information, the User assumes all responsibility and costs related to rectifying the damages.

To use the Site, the User must gain access to the World Wide Web directly or through other devices that have access to web-based content.

Registration

To gain the right to make valid purchase requests for the goods offered on thevintagecottage-shop.com, you must first register. During registration, you must enter an email, password, and agree to the "General Terms." By marking the box "I agree with the General Terms," the customer makes an electronic declaration according to the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act, declaring that they are familiar with and accept the "General Terms."

2. User Obligations upon Registration

8. Presented Goods and Services on the Site

On the page of each product listed on the Site, the price, main characteristics of the product, and additional information aimed at assisting in making an informed choice during the purchase are provided. Thevintagecottage-shop.com is not responsible for inaccuracies in the description of the product that do not pertain to its main characteristics and does not claim completeness of the provided information.

All listed prices on the site are in Bulgarian Lev, inclusive of VAT. If a product has several variations, the prices for each are listed on the page.

The delivery cost depends on the value of the product, weight, physical dimensions, destination, and delivery method. Thevintagecottage-shop.com reserves the right to calculate a lower delivery cost when ordering the product. The delivery cost is calculated using an integrated calculator and explicitly mentioned below the order value upon order confirmation.

Thevintagecottage-shop.com has the right to make changes to published materials, services, and prices at any time and without notice. Some published materials may be outdated or discontinued, and thevintagecottage-shop.com does not take responsibility for updating them. Part of the information published on the Site may relate to products, services, or programs that are not offered or are not currently available. 9. Purchasing Goods and/or Services Presented on thevintagecottage-shop.com

After registering on the Site, the User has the right to order goods and services presented by thevintagecottage-shop.com. When placing an order, the User can choose the goods and their quantity, the method, and delivery times according to the options available on the Site.

At any time before completing the Order, the User has the right to change the selected goods and services.

When placing an order on the Site, the User enters into a contractual relationship with thevintagecottage-shop.com concerning the specific purchase and covered by these Terms and Conditions. The order is considered placed: a) For users shopping for the first time - upon confirming the order following the instructions on the Site; b) For users shopping more than once - upon placing the order;

Thevintagecottage-shop.com reserves the right to change prices at its discretion at any time without prior notice to the Users. The User is obligated to pay the price that was indicated on the site at the time of placing the order, regardless of whether it is lower or higher than the current price. In case of technical errors in publishing on the site, thevintagecottage-shop.com has the right to refuse to fulfill the order and is not obliged to provide compensation to the User in any way, except to refund any amounts paid and/or deposited by the User, if applicable.

Colors

Despite efforts to accurately represent the colors on the Site, due to differences in video cards, monitors, and their settings, the actual colors and textures of product surfaces may slightly differ from those shown in the pictures.

Discounts

The announcement of reduced prices is made by placing the new price next to the old one, which is crossed out. If no period for the reduced price is specified, this price is valid until stocks are exhausted, but no longer than 1 month or 6 months when applicable under Article 66, Paragraph 2 of the Consumer Protection Act (ZPP).

10. Delivery of Purchased Goods

The delivery of ordered goods is carried out by courier companies. For available items on the site, delivery within the territory of Bulgaria is typically between 3 to 5 working days. Thevintagecottage-shop.com reserves the right to extend the indicated delivery period by up to 7 days, with prior notice to the User, and to extend the delivery period beyond 7 days with the User's prior approval.

Thevintagecottage-shop.com also reserves the right to change the delivery subcontractor without prior notice to the User, as long as this does not alter the method of delivery.

11. Payment for Purchased Goods and Services

For cash payments via cash on delivery, the User is obliged to deposit the full value of the delivered order to thevintagecottage-shop.com or its delivery representative at the time of delivery. If, within one week from the delivery date, the User partially or fully rejects the purchased goods, thevintagecottage-shop.com is obligated to partially or fully refund the deposited amount. If the User does not reject the purchased goods or services, thevintagecottage-shop.com automatically considers the deposit as payment for the ordered goods or services.

For bank transfers, the User deposits an amount equal to the value of the order into the bank account of thevintagecottage-shop.com, and only after the deposit is confirmed are the ordered goods and services delivered. If, within one week from the delivery date, the User partially or fully rejects the purchased goods, thevintagecottage-shop.com is obligated to partially or fully refund the deposited amount. If the User does not reject the purchased goods or services, thevintagecottage-shop.com automatically considers the deposit as payment for the ordered goods or services.

For custom-made items specifically ordered for the User, the order requires a guarantee deposit either via bank transfer or in cash through cash on delivery to the address of the online store, namely: Sofia, Slavyanska 34. The order will only be processed after the User has made a deposit of 50% of the total order value. By making this deposit, the User declares their intention to purchase the chosen item and will deposit the difference between the total value and the deposit upon receipt. If the User refuses to accept the item or exercises their right to reject it within one week after acceptance, thevintagecottage-shop.com is obligated to refund only the second deposit, treating the initially made guarantee deposit as a penalty from the User.

12. Withdrawal from Purchased Goods

The User has the right to withdraw from one or more of the ordered goods within a 14-day period from the receipt of the order, provided that the goods are in the same condition as delivered, if they are packaged—the packaging has not been opened (the package itself may be opened), and the integrity of any seals and labels intended to verify the unpacking or use of the goods has not been compromised.

In the case of a defective item identified within 24 hours of receipt, and if the commercial appearance of the item and its packaging has not been compromised, thevintagecottage-shop.com is committed to either replacing the item with a new one or refunding the amount deposited for the item, in accordance with Article 55 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), starting from the date the User exercises their right of withdrawal. After this period or if the commercial appearance or packaging of the item is compromised, the cost of repairing the item will be borne by the User. Transport and other costs related to the delivery of the item are covered by thevintagecottage-shop.com, while the costs of returning the item are borne by the User. If the item does not meet the main characteristics specified on the page, thevintagecottage-shop.com will refund the amount deposited by the User for the item, including the transport costs incurred for acquiring the item, in accordance with Article 59, paragraph 3 of the CPA, within 14 days from receipt of the item and provided the item and its packaging are in an unblemished commercial condition. Our team aims for all customers of thevintagecottage-shop.com to be satisfied with their purchase, so please report any irregularities with the item promptly upon receipt (if any).

13. Miscellaneous

Thevintagecottage-shop.com reserves the right to change the technology and design of the services provided without prior notice.

Thevintagecottage-shop.com reserves the right to send its users notifications related to new services or changes in the terms and methods of using the current services.

Given the international nature of the Internet and the fact that thevintagecottage-shop.com is connected to this network, thevintagecottage-shop.com does not guarantee that the flow of information to and from thevintagecottage-shop.com will not be monitored or recorded by third parties.
